Criminal Legal Aid Lawyer in Newmarket

Identify the matter described by LAO, the lawyer involved and any later charge papers or revised dates. Do not assume that similarly named allegations are part of the same authorized work. Describe what changed and when

Does my certificate automatically include new charges?
Do not assume so. The matter and authorized work need checking with LAO and the lawyer involved.
Does contacting Aftermath transfer my case?
No. Firm acceptance, scope and retainer arrangements must be confirmed, including the position of any existing lawyer.
What should I do while coverage is clarified?
Keep following current court directions and seek timely advice about the next event. Funding uncertainty does not itself change attendance obligations.
